Post-Submission Information
After submitting your application, here’s what to expect:
1. Presentation at Distribution Meeting
You will be invited to present your application to the Distribution Committee at one of the following locations
- Community Foundation of Monroe County
9 Washington St., Suite A, Monroe, MI 48161
- Milan Distribution Committee
Milan Area Schools District Office, 200 Big Red Drive, Milan, MI 48160
2. Review and Final Decision
After your presentation, the final funding decisions will be made by the Board of Trustees at their regular meeting.
3. Incomplete Applications
Please note that applications missing required information will not be considered. If you are unable to present your application during the scheduled meeting, it will be considered a retraction of your request.
