Application Procedure

Secondly, complete the formal grant application below and provide additional reference material as requested. In order for your application to be considered, it should be received by the Community Foundation of Monroe County by the fifteenth day of January, April, July, or October.

Finally, the Distribution Committee meets four times each year, in February, May, August, and November. You will receive an invitation to present your request at the distribution meeting held at:

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Failure to present your application will be considered a retraction of your request. After review by the Distribution Committee, final decisions will be made by the Board of Trustees at their regular meeting.
